2 Bedroom Apartment Features
At Station A, we offer three different 2 bedroom floor plans to accommodate a wide range of needs. Residents can choose from layouts that consist of 904 to 1092 square feet of living space in our gated community. We also offer two bedroom layouts with the option for ADA accessibility. This includes easy-to-access entry and appliances that can be operated from the comfort of a wheelchair. Additionally, all light switches and outlets will be low enough to reach from a seated position.
Spacious Floor Plans
Each 2 bedroom floor plan is thoughtfully designed with an open concept layout, to allow light to easily flow from one room to the next. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an island so you can cook brunch for a crowd, and each of the bedrooms has enough space to accommodate a queen or king size bed. The B1 layout provides a shared full bathroom between each of the spacious bedrooms. In layouts B3 and B3.2 residents can enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms. In this layout, one bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the other bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom, so guests can access the facilities without having to walk through your private bedroom space.

As living expenses continue to increase, many people choose to save money by splitting rent and utilities with a roommate in a 2 bedroom apartment.
