At Station A, we offer eight different floor plans to accommodate a variety of lifestyles, and our 3 bedroom apartments are the largest floor plans on-site. 3 Bedroom Apartment Features
At Station A, our 1322 square-foot 3 bedroom apartments are exceptionally spacious, and they come equipped with a variety of upscale and modern features that set us apart from other apartment communities in the Denver area. In fact, our 3 bedroom apartments are larger than many small homes in Denver.
Open Floor Plans
Open floor plans are very popular among new builds, since they provide plenty of light and maximize the space inside your home. Each 3 bedroom apartment at Station A has an open floor plan design that consists of a spacious kitchen with an island that’s perfect for serving a large meal, a dining area, and an enormous living area that covers 332 square feet.
This design is perfect for hosting dinner parties with friends, and there’s plenty of space to gather to eat and chat with one another in the dining area and living room.
Large Bedrooms
Each bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartments are very large, with enough space to accommodate a king size bed, making the perfect peaceful space to escape at the end of the day. One bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, and the other bedrooms have bathroom access nearby.
Versatile Living Options
3 bedroom floor plans provide versatility for residents with budget concerns and specific lifestyle needs. For example, many residents choose to budget responsibly by signing a lease with friends. That way, you can split the cost of rent and utilities with one or two other adults, have your own bedroom, and share a common living room and kitchen with roommates. Others who work remotely may choose to live with a roommate while using the third bedroom as a shared office space.
Alternatively, some residents leave one room empty for guests to visit, making it easy to invite and entertain friends and family who come to town.
