Station A Pet Policy

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all lease holders understand how to adhere to the property’s pet and animal policies.   All lease holders, even those who do not currently have an animal should complete an annual Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile with our partner, PetScreening.  Due at time of move-in: Pet deposit of $200 per pet and non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. Monthly pet fee is $35 per month per pet. Limit of two pets. We will charge an additional fee of $500 for someone who has an unauthorized pet. The following breeds and mixes of these breeds are restricted: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Argentinian Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf and Wolf Dog Mix
